Digital products supplied by MDC should not be used for any other purpose other than what is originally agreed.

All travel is charge at 45p per mile on top of the agreed rate unless otherwise stated prior to the commencement of the work.

In order to capture the best content possible, there is no extra charge to move a shooting day to one with better weather conditions.

Free cancellation is available up until 72 hours prior to the shooting day.

Cancellation within 72 hours of the shooting day will be charged 50% of the original rate minus travel.

Marcus Delo Creative Limited retains no responsibility to store and keep files, such as photo of video files, once the final deliverable has been sent to the client.

Footage/images supplied may also be used as promotional material for Marcus Delo Creative and/or Thrill Riders unless otherwise requested.

All quotes include up to 2 sets of client amends. If further amends are required after this, additional charges may apply.

Marcus Delo Creative Limited will never knowingly violate any copyright or trademark laws. The client holds full responsibility for ensuring that no copyright or trademark has been infringed and to make their own application for copyright or trademark with the ‘UK Intellectual Property Office’ if required.

Marcus Delo Creative Limited will never disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the client. All information shall be treated and strictly confidential.
